I've got same message with a brand new installation of Windows 10 Pro version very first occurrence in my career of this issue!! After googling around, I found an article which describes well the issue and suggests another article with 3 possible solution. I would guess there may have been some updates to the O portal. Perhaps there will be patch soon. This error did occur whether the PC had recent updates or not. Appears to be an issue with the O portal and not so much the local PC.
